Nakhon Advisors Contact

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 May 2025

1. About these terms

These terms set out the basis on which Nakhon Advisors ("we", "us", "our") offers financial education programmes to participants ("you") in Bangkok, Thailand. Please read them carefully before registering for any of our programmes. By registering, you agree to the terms described here.

Questions may be directed to [email protected] or by calling +66 2 593 8417.

2. The nature of our programmes

Nakhon Advisors offers educational programmes on financial topics for adults aged 40 and above. Our programmes are designed to develop understanding and the capacity for considered personal decision-making. They are not financial advisory services, and nothing said or written in the course of our programmes constitutes:

Facilitators may discuss general concepts, frameworks, and publicly available information, but do not make recommendations tailored to any individual's financial circumstances. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their situation.

3. Registration and confirmation

Registration for a programme is confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry or registration form and issued a written confirmation by email. A place is not reserved until confirmation has been sent. Programme cohorts are small by design, and places are allocated in order of confirmed registration.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for confirmations or programme materials that fail to reach you due to an incorrect email address or phone number.

4. Fees and payment

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are as follows at the time of this policy:

Fees are due in full before the first session of a programme unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed. We will confirm accepted payment methods at the time of registration. Prices may be revised for future cohorts; the fee applicable to your registration is that stated in your written confirmation.

5. Cancellation by participants

If you need to withdraw from a programme, please notify us in writing as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Requests for cancellation or transfer should be sent to [email protected].

6. Cancellation or rescheduling by Nakhon Advisors

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a programme cohort where circumstances require — for example, if insufficient participants have registered, or where a facilitator is unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen reasons.

If we cancel a cohort before it begins, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your place to the next available cohort. If we reschedule a session within a running programme, we will communicate the new date as early as possible. We are not liable for costs incurred by participants as a result of cancellation or rescheduling (such as travel, accommodation, or time away from work).

7. Programme materials

Printed reference cards and worksheets provided during programmes are for the personal use of registered participants only. They may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed beyond the participant's own household without our written consent. All materials remain the intellectual property of Nakhon Advisors.

8. Conduct during sessions

We ask that participants approach sessions with respect for the facilitator and fellow participants. Sessions are designed as small-group learning environments. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session, without refund, where their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

Recording of sessions — by audio, video, or screenshot — is not permitted without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Nakhon Advisors shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that programme. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, images, programme descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Nakhon Advisors or its content providers and is protected under applicable Thai intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or adapt website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between us when you register for a programme or use our website.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The terms in force at the time of your registration apply to that registration. Material changes affecting running programmes will be communicated to registered participants by email.
